For clinic owners & practice managers

Your next hire should fit your practice.

We're preparing a recruiting service for permanent hires at Nevada clinics, medical offices, and outpatient practices. We would find and screen candidates. Your practice would interview, choose, and employ the person you hire.

We're waiting for our Nevada employment-agency license before accepting searches.

Who we plan to recruit

The roles behind
a clinic day.

Nursing and clinical support roles for Nevada practices.

Nursing
Registered nurses and LPNs/LVNs, with experience connected to the patient population, specialty, and scope of the role.
Medical assisting
Rooming, clinical support, documentation, and patient communication, with duties and qualifications defined by the practice.
Allied health
Phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy technician, and other clinical support requirements reviewed individually.

Our initial focus is Nevada. Once licensed, we would confirm that we can support your search and agree on the details before starting.

How hiring would work

Your practice makes the hiring decision.

Each step would give your team the information it needs to decide.

  1. Define the role

Agree on responsibilities, schedule, location, compensation range, and required credentials.

  2. Review candidates

We would look for local candidates, review their experience and credentials, and share the results with your team.

  3. Choose your hire

Your team interviews and chooses. The person joins your practice as your employee, and you handle onboarding.

The search, fees, responsibilities, and any terms for replacing a hire would be agreed in writing before work begins.

The candidate summary

What reaches
your desk.

A summary would show what we reviewed, what we learned, and what still needs to be checked.

Your practice makes its own hiring and credentialing decisions. Our approach to clinical review draws on nursing education and specialty-care experience.
