Evidence behind each candidate.
Recruiter screening and clinical review
Andrew handles recruiter interviews and factual verification. Every candidate must receive a documented clinical review before referral, within the reviewer’s professional scope and with discipline-qualified review where needed. Your organization retains its own hiring and clinical-suitability decisions.
Medical assistant credentials
Nevada does not license medical assistants, so certification (CMA, RMA or equivalent) is confirmed with the certifying organization whenever your role calls for it.
Nursing licenses at the source
RN and LPN licenses and CNA certifications are verified with the Nevada State Board of Nursing, not taken from a resume.
Bilingual and community fit
Language skills and experience with the patients you serve are covered in the role-specific screening notes.
Federal exclusion lists
Every candidate is checked against the federal exclusion lists (OIG and SAM) before referral.
Agree on the essentials first.
How are fees agreed?
A dated quote and applicable agreement define each position’s fee, payment timing and any replacement terms before referral.
What if we already know the candidate?
Tell Andrew about prior contact before referral. Any fee obligation depends on the written agreement and the documented facts.
Who employs the new hire?
Your organization. You make the hiring decision and handle payroll, benefits, supervision, background checks and onboarding.
Talk through your hiring need.
Send Andrew the role, location, schedule and pay range. If you received a DPHC packet, its reference is included when you use the email link.
Business contact information only. Do not email patient information, health documents or sensitive candidate records.
