Role-specific recruiting
Physician, advanced practice, nursing, therapy, diagnostics, pharmacy and clinical-support roles are assessed against each requirement.
Candidate review
Required licenses, credentials, exclusion checks and within-scope clinical review must be complete before submission. Facility credentialing and approval remain separate.
Employer responsibilities
DPHC W-2 employment, payroll, applicable Service Contract Act wages and benefits, eligibility verification and reporting are governed by the executed subcontract.
