Who we plan to recruit

Nursing.
Allied health.

The nursing and allied health roles we plan to recruit for VA contracts.

Nursing
Registered nurses across medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, progressive care, critical care, emergency, perioperative, neuro, and stroke settings; LPNs and LVNs.
Allied health & support
Certified nursing assistants, medical assistants, phlebotomists, pharmacy technicians, radiologic technologists, and respiratory therapists.

These are recruiting areas, not a list of available clinicians. Before committing, we would confirm the facility requirements and our ability to recruit and support the staff.

Working together

Who is responsible for what.

  1. Prime

Contract direction, flow-downs, submission rules, and acceptance milestones.

  2. DPHC

Recruiting, candidate review, W-2 employment, and the employer reporting agreed in the subcontract.

  3. VA facility

Facility credentialing, privileges where applicable, onboarding, and clinical acceptance.

This is how we would divide the work. Final responsibilities depend on the contract and facility requirements.

Requirement review

What we review before committing.

DPHC is not endorsed by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

  1. Facility, role & specialty

Specialty, work location, and required credentials.

  2. Headcount, shift & start date

Whether we can recruit and support the number of people needed on that schedule.

  3. Credentialing deadline

What the prime needs for a candidate submission, which checks are required, and the deadlines.

  4. Wage determination & prime requirements

Applicable health and welfare, reporting, employer obligations, and written terms.

Agree on the details
before anyone starts.

Our initial recruiting focus is Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah. We would confirm staff availability and the requirements for each work location before agreeing to support it.

The subcontract would set expectations for replacing staff, who to contact when a problem comes up, and how often to report. Andrew Powers, CEO, is your direct business contact.

Eligible spend may support SDVOSB subcontracting goals when allowed by the contract and properly reported. Treatment depends on the contract, subcontracting plan, and structure.
