For state healthcare buyersDefine the requirement.
Define the requirement.
Confirm the fit.
Tell us who you need, where they would work, and how your agency purchases staffing services. We will review whether DPHC can support the work.
We are exploring state healthcare work. DPHC does not currently hold a state contract or claim approved-vendor status.

Four questions before a commitment.
- Who is buying?
- Agency or prime contractor, solicitation or contract reference, purchasing route, and required vendor registration.
- Who do you need?
- Role, specialty, care setting, schedule, headcount, start date, and required credentials.
- Where will staff work?
- Work location, clinician licensing, applicable employer and agency registrations, insurance, and recruiting capacity.
- How would we work together?
- Who employs the staff, how pricing and invoicing work, what reports are required, and what each party is responsible for.
Our initial recruiting focus is Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah. Before agreeing to work in any state, we would confirm the required registrations, licenses, insurance, and recruiting capacity.
